Call for Mentors
Become a Mentor, Shape a Future!
Grander Life Springs Initiative is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to serve as mentors for our youths aged 15-25. As a mentor, you’ll play a vital role in guiding, supporting, and empowering young minds to reach their full potential.
In Africa, many youths face unique challenges that hinder their growth and development. They often grow up with illiterate guardians, lack access to quality education, and are deprived of inspiration and role models. This can lead to a cycle of poverty, limited opportunities, and unfulfilled potential.
By becoming a mentor, you can help break this cycle. Your guidance, experience, and encouragement can provide the spark that ignites a young person’s passion for learning, exploration and success.

GLY BLAST MENTORSHIP PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Our mentorship program is designed to provide a supportive and guided journey for youths to discover their potential, develop essential skills, and achieve their goals. The program consists of six key components:
- Mentor-Mentee Matching: We carefully pair each youth with a suitable mentor based on their interests, goals, and needs. This ensures a strong foundation for a productive and meaningful mentorship experience.
- Orientation: During the orientation session, mentors and mentees meet, and we provide an overview of the program, expectations, and guidelines. This sets the stage for a successful mentorship journey.
- Monthly Meetings: Regular virtual or in-person meetings between mentors and mentees provide ongoing guidance, support, and progress tracking. These meetings help mentees stay focused and motivated.
- Quarterly Workshops: Group sessions on specific topics, such as goal-setting, leadership, and entrepreneurship, offer valuable learning experiences and opportunities for growth.
- Bi-Annual Reviews: We assess progress, set new goals, and adjust mentorship plans as needed. This ensures the mentorship remains relevant and effective.
- Graduation: We celebrate mentees’ achievements and transition them to our alumni network, providing ongoing support and connections.
